About Us

Twister Biotech (“Twister”) is focused on research, development and commercialization of MiniVectors™.

MiniVectors are small (250bp-2500bp), circular, supercoiled DNA constructs. MiniVectors can be used for long term knock down, expression, or labeling of cells. Every cell type tested, to date, has been able to be transfected with MiniVectors due to the minimized size. This minimized sequence also increases biological and physical stability of MiniVectors, as compared to traditional plasmids or RNA.

Twister’s primary mission is to provide MiniVectors to researchers to enable better transfection efficiencies and allow longer-term effects to be observed.
